I recently turned all my torts and most of my other SPS white. Turns out I suffered from heavy metal poisoning.  I had a moonlight let fall in the tank and all the chrome and nickel plating on the electrical connector entered the water column

I had just decided, after treating for red bugs, that I was done adding specimens to my tank ort of fear of AEFWs.

Now, obviously I need to start restocking.  I am designing a quarantine tank, here is my plan:

10 gallon standard tank, with a plexi glass divider in the middle cut for an over flow, one side will be tank the other will be sump

70 watt 14k viper (this is the only piece of equipment I have yet

Some sort of heater / cooling fan controller, I am thinking rancho 2 stage but am entertaining a ACJr.

ASM mini-G skimmer

Kalk dosing.. This would make an ACJr. More tempting

25 watt heater

6” clip on cooling fan

Any input or ideas would be appreciated, I am holding off restocking until I have a this tank setup
