A user of the AquaStatus Widget was asking how to get around having to enter a user name and password everytime they start it.  In the preferences section for the url you can in fact use the following depreciated url format.

http://username:password@10.0.0.1/cgi-bin/status.cgi

This does seem to work. Not sure how or why perhaps it is something in the Yahoo Engine. If you have any problems let me know.
