Simply the best.  I've been doing business with them for 8 years.  If you are ever dissatisfied with anything just shoot them an email and they will make it right.

I recently ordered some nano sized rock and when I received it I wasn't satisfied.  I didn't think it was up to their usual standard so I emailed them with some constructive criticism and their response was to ship me out an entirely new hand picked batch.

In 8 years I've had only this one complaint and had to have a couple of ceramic shaft impellers replaced because they arrived broken.

I agree Bill. Been dealing with them for years. Love the service and never had an issue with them.
