I ordered from them and received a confirmation of my order. 6 days later, they have not shipped the item, they have not told me the item is backordered they have told me nothing. I have emailed them a couple of times and called twice. I get no communication from them whatsoever.

So, I cancelled my order and placed the order with another company that answered the phone.

Marine Solutions may have just been having a bad month (people on Reefcentral have been having communication issues with them as well). But, I would say it is best to go elsewhere for items right now.

There are too many companies out there that offer outstanding customer service to go with one that doesn't communicate.

They actually contacted me last week and offered a refund. They apologized for the lack of communication. I can understand, sometimes when you run a business you get bogged down.
