Just thought I'd mention a method I've been to using to make sure my Scooter Blennies get plenty to eat.

This will only work for fish that will eat pellet food. I've taken two of the automatic fish feeders and loaded them with the small sized pellets that my blennies really seem to like. These feeders activate twice daily. So with the two feeders, that means four times a day a small amount of pellets get dropped into the tank. This is in addition to the regular feeding of my homemade fishfood mix. I've noticed the blennies get a least a little food each time the feeders activate. This way they can get fed at times when I'm at work or wherever.

This has been a successful method for me to keep my Scooters well fed.  It should work for other slow-feeding species too as long as they'll accept the pellets.

That is similar to the home made fish food I make.

For the pellets in the feeders, I use a mixture of Hikari Marine -S-, Ocean Nutrition Formula Two (small), and Marineland Bio-Blend.

I don't have any problem getting my Scooter Blennies to eat. It's just that they eat so slowly that all the other "pigs" in my tank (Tangs and others) rapidly devour all the food while the Blennies only get a few bites.
