So what do you feed your fish and or reef.

 

I feed Lifeline Hervivore,  Mysis Shrimp, H20 Life Plankton, H20 Life Spirulina Brine, H20 Life Cyclops, and blackworms.

Sometimes I add coral food, pellets etc.. for variety.  What do you feed your tanks and why?

I feed primarily H20 Brand foods (Mysis, Plankton, Spiralina/Brine, etc), PE Mysis (for size variation), Nori, Cylopeze, and on rare occasions pellets and flake. I also have been using Laguna Farms food that is made locally by Nick Villacci. ( http://lagunafarms.net/ ) For you guys outside the area, it is some of the best frozen food you can buy (Premium Aquatics)

We feed both tanks with PE Mysis and H20 Mysis, Spiralina and sometimes Nori and Cylospeze mixed in with the frozen food. The frozen food is soaked in garlic after it has been rinsed.
