So what do you feed your fish and or reef.

I feed Lifeline Hervivore,  Mysis Shrimp, H20 Life Plankton, H20 Life Spirulina Brine, H20 Life Cyclops, and blackworms.

Sometimes I add coral food, pellets etc.. for variety.  What do you feed your tanks and why?

I feed primarily H20 Brand foods (Mysis, Plankton, Spiralina/Brine, etc), PE Mysis (for size variation), Nori, Cylopeze, and on rare occasions pellets and flake. I also have been using Laguna Farms food that is made locally by Nick Villacci. ( http://lagunafarms.net/ ) For you guys outside the area, it is some of the best frozen food you can buy (Premium Aquatics)
