We at ReefChat are proud to announce our Tank of the Month program

      TOTM Guidelines

TOTM will be open to ReefChat members. This program gives a chance for our members and guests to share their tanks with other members be it a Nano, Large Reef tank or even a Fish Only display, we want to make it clear this is not competition but a learning experience for everyone and a chance to show off your hard work.

      • Simply fill out a short form with key information and submit it along with some photos of your tank. If you have more than one tank we ask that you submit them separately.
      • Any submissions not chosen for TOTM will be carried over to the next month for consideration.
      • Once your tank is chosen for TOTM you will be notified and given the option to submit updated photos and more information about the system.
      • The deadline for TOTM submissions will be the last Friday of each month.
      • Tanks to be considered for TOTM MUST be submitted by the owner of the tank.
      • TOTM may be submitted by referral. If you refer a ReefChat Member to the TOTM Committee we will then talk the refereed person about submitting their tank.
      • TOTM will be chosen on Appearance, Presentation and Effort.
      • TOTM will be chosen by the TOTM Committee

      How

Images along with description may be emailed to
      TOTM@ReefChat.org.

      TOTM Submission Questions

You may either answer the questions in a Q/A format or in an article format.

      1. Introduction/History of system
      2. Inhabitants
      3. Feeding
      4. Filtration
      5. Circulation
      6. Lighting
      7. Parameters
      8. Equipment (pictures too please)
      9. Maintenance

If you have any questions or suggestions please post them for the TOTM Committee to view. Please remember this is not a competition and please be patient as we are still working on this feature.
