You have a problem with your XML.. you have an un-named outlet.. You have a problem with your XML.. <outlet><name>Light</name><state>AON</state></outlet> [b]<outlet><name></name><state>AON</state></outlet>[/b] <outlet><name>Chiller</name><state>AOF</state></outlet>

Okay, that didn't come out quite right.. there's an outlet that doesn't have a name- therefore I can't access it, and I can't determine (problematically) if it's because of a bad URL or what.

Actually, you have multiple outlets that have no name. (I changed how I handle a missing name, you'll notice that the error is different now- can't read $Heat- I assume that's one of the unnamed outlets.)
