Hi,

Trying to do the password retrieval for my second account (I use this one for my display tank, and "colleen" for our frag tank). I've tried to use the "forgot password" link, but it gives me an error when I enter the user name and click the submit. All that happens is a message that says "There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent." Can someone help? I have added a px1000, and need to change things in the sig to get info on the QT tank in addition to the frag tank now. I can verify that I have all the details of the account if needed, I just need to be able to get in to the other account to make changes.

Can't get the box to work for subscribe to topic, so trying a dummy reply to add e-mail notifications.

Nate I had the system send you the password to the email associated with the account colleen.

As for the subscribe can you tell me what browser you are using and what is happening. I was able to subscribe and it appears to be working.

As for the subscription to the thread, it may be something to do with work's system. They lock down anything and everything. However, I was just trying to click the "subscribe to thread" check box at the top of the thread and it gave me a pop-up error message (can't remember what - can reporduce it tomorrow and let you know though). Internet explorer 7 at work I think for browser. It works fine on IE8 from home though, just tried it at the same spot on the thread page and came back in and edited the response.

As you can see, I've managed to get back into the other account - thanks again. Wasn't able to reproduce the error at work in regards to clicking the subscribe link. The only thing I can think different is that I haven't posted this yet, so will leave the subscription box un-checked and try it after I post as I did yesterday.

Edit - nope, it worked just fine clicking it today.

A final question - is there a way to graph the probes on the PX1000 as opposed to the ones on the AC3? Just curious, no big deal if not.

Nope, not offhand.. I'll add it to my list of future enhancements.

Awesome, I'll look forward to that It'd be nice to be able to be able to get graphs on the other tank on the PX 1000 in addition to the main tank on that AC3. Not sure if I need to be able to see both at the same time if it's easier on bandwidth to select which to display (or even which to graph in the sig. generator). Thanks a million for this great resource!
