Your DNS name is resolving to 10.0.1.13- that's an internal ip address, not an external ip address.

Should be your internet facing address. (In your case, 68.96.215.XX (I changed the last number there to protect you..)

ok im not sure i did something wrong or not i was following instructioins in the sig gen help section, i have an RKE, i skipped over writing the values down thinking i can do this later, and went to step3. static url, created a dyndns.tv url BUT i think this is where i messed up because when im on my computer and type the url i created, it goes to my actiontec verizion fios router log in page. what now????

One of the folks who has fios may be able to give you better directions, but it actually looks like you're making progress- you now need to forward incoming requests to your controller. 'Port Forwarding' is the term in some routers, 'Applications and Gaming' in others, 'Virtual Servers' in yet others.

well im not sure if this is true or not but i just got off the phone with fios tech support and they said that fios for some reason does not let residential customers to use port 80, not sure if that is really the case or not, but i searched for port fowarding in my router and found this when i clicked on port fowarding....does this look like the place i should be? if so what do i need to fill out? thanks againAdd Port Forwarding Rule
