I just found this forum, so figured I'd introduce myself by showing my setup.................or as my wife refers to it, "our ticket to the poor house"!

When I upgraded from my 55 reef to this 90, I decided to make a wall between my living room and hallway and have a built-in tank. It is visable from both sides. I haven't finished staining the cabinets yet. Ever since I saw my first built-in in some magazine somewhere, I've wanted one. Makes it a little sweeter I did it myself.

Tank: 90 gallon reef ready all glass. / 2 penguin powerheads on 30 minute timers for wavemaker.

1 set T-5 HO/ double set compact flouresents. Avg.=4 watts per gallon

sump: 30 gallon / contents= 12X12 section for refuge, mini bio balls, protein skimmer, 950 gph pump. Planning on adding phosphate reactor soon.

1 Japanese Swallowtail Angel

1 Coral Beauty Dwarf Angel

1 Sissortail Dartfish

1 Clarkii Clownfish

1 Engineer Goby

1 Mandarin Goby

1 Mimic Lemonpeel Tang

Most corals LPS including 5 colors of Montipora

2 dozen hermits including scarlet, Halloween, electric blue, zebra, etc.

6 snails

3 emerald crabs

2 cleaner shrimp

 1 marbled Seastar

1 sand sifter Seastar

Yeah, and let me tell you, no small task balancing the live rock.

I'm trying something new. Being able to actually see my overflow, I have noticed a rather large colony of copepods swiming around the bottom of it. I added a little crushed coral to it, and now I have some of the biggest pods down there I've ever seen. I've decided to try to make this into a second refuge. I'm going to add some sand, a few small pieces of live rock rubble, and a small patch of macroalgae, just to see what happens.

Got to admit, interesting thought, a small refuge emptying into my main refuge in the sump! Should be pod heaven.
